get about two actions a day…Betterhelp Co… about like certainly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because basically they do a lot of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really instant in that regard like talking about things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you might need to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a regular discussion however with talk space you may say this and then it might be 5 hours later on and after that they may state oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your friends you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something great to think of you understand something that did bother me a little bit initially yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a great bit less expensive than entering to speak to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly due to the fact that like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s type of nice the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have truly any grievances about it aside from possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was just something I considered however that’s.

not very essential but overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m uncertain how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once but back here so I just wanted to offer some like last ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a quick summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are look I think it’s really great for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little however like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so essentially I believe it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I believe also another really excellent truly fantastic candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is really spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyhow but like I need to work out some insurance things before I even like think of this so I suggest I believe it’s an excellent service I have actually seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly enjoy I watch all of her videos and she talked about it but I don’t remember what that a person was called I can insert it here again and that resembles something similar so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk space was due to the fact that my sweetheart was kind of pushing me to do something to do treatment because he knew that I was going through a great deal of stress so so he type of was the one who was saying hey you need to really talk with somebody and he understood about talk area and so that was the one that he really recommended me to utilize that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about but once again like it’s really like spoken about a lot through sponsorships which’s practically the only method I have actually ever heard of it I have not truly become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this but yeah I think it’s I believe it’s a fantastic service for what it is I believe it’s not for everyone though um and I believe like I was sort of beginning to state before if you have much deeper problems if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it is very important to be seeing somebody in person particularly if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s harder to talk about more in-depth concerns there’s something I have actually kind of observed like clearly these are deep.
concerns since they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that resemble worrying you or things that are making distressed or depressed but I tend to find that it’s a little bit better for just more I’m actually nervous about beginning a new job I am really nervous about you know finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um but like I stated if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be fantastic um it also depends upon like how comfortable you resemble speaking to a phone like I know that that sounds strange but like do you video chat with your buddies do you you understand what I indicate since if you do not then I seem like it’s gon na be actually strange like you holding up a phone or like talking with your laptop computer because it’s gon na be like this strange like artificial thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s sort of like alright whatever like this is typical that’s something I noticed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m kind of used to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be unusual if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would absolutely advise it to anyone who takes a trip like full-time since that would be remarkable like then you might really have therapy if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
