not extremely important however overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these people just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not exactly sure how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I just wanted to provide some like last thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a brief introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s actually great for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I must’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so basically I think it’s really excellent if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think also another really excellent truly great candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t.
